On Friday, Matt and I were part of a group of artists that donated our time to raise money for
Kumu Kahua Theatre. It is a local community theater, and their plays always give a unique perspective on both historical and contemporary life in Hawaii. We spent a couple hours drawing on paper, and each piece was hung on the wall for visitors to buy for only $20! Matt and I collaborated on the drawings, alternately painting watercolors or drawing with ink. It was a fun night of drawing, making new friends, and helping an awesome organization!
